that you fill in all blanks, including area code &
phone number.
> When you get to the
receiver information, please be thorough. The more you
can tell us, the more we can help you.
> When you are finished
with the questionnaire hit send. Please allow at least
24hrs for a response back. Depending on the problem,
we may elect to call you, instead of an e-mail response.
> The technical support fee is $25.00 per incident.
With each incident, we will provide up to 3 e-mail responses
or 2 phone calls totaling 15 minutes.
> If we feel we cannot help you to resolve your situation,
we will respond back to you, informing you of this,
at no charge to you.
> Please be aware, we cannot guarantee a successful
resolution to every problem. Therefore, there is no
refund after services are rendered, if your problem
isn't solved. Be rest assured, we will do everything
we can to help you. Our goal is to get you back to happily
watching TV again, and for you to be satisfied with
our service.
